Tell us what you have

Bag and label
Pull the photos that matter out of their albums and put each event in its own resealable bag. Write on it: “Mum & Dad's wedding, 1978.” Tapes just need your name on them.

Post or drop off
Drop everything off with us in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, or send it in an express envelope with a return envelope tucked inside. We'll confirm the address once your job is booked in.

Get your link
Each bag becomes a named folder. You'll get a Google Drive link to watch, download and share, or your hard drive back with everything on it. Originals come back too.

Simple photo pricing. Tapes and film quoted on what you've got.
Photo scanning is a flat rate because a box of photos is a box of photos. Tapes and reels vary a lot in length and condition, so we'll quote once you tell us what's in the collection.
Prices in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Postage or courier, if you send your items in, is separate.

What to do with the originals
Keep the ones you love. Let the rest go digital.
Once the scans are done you don't need six albums taking up a shelf. Keep the truly precious prints in their plastic sleeves inside one sealed box, or put together a single small album of favourites. Everything else lives in the folder, safe from damp, fading and the next house move.

Questions people usually ask.
Do I get my tapes and photos back?
Yes, always. If you post them in, include a return envelope and they come back the same way. If you drop off in person, you pick them up when the job is done.
How will I watch the videos?
Videos are saved as MP4 files, which play on phones, tablets, smart TVs and computers without any special software. They'll be in your Google Drive folder, or on your hard drive if you gave us one.
Why bag and label the photos?
Each labelled bag becomes a named folder. “Nan's 80th, 1996” on the bag means “Nan's 80th, 1996” on the folder, so your family can find things without scrolling through thousands of photos.
What if a tape is old or damaged?
Most tapes from the 80s and 90s still play fine. If one is mouldy, snapped or won't track, we'll tell you what we can recover before doing anything, and we won't charge for what can't be saved.
Is my footage private?
Completely. Your files are shared only with the email address you give us, and we remove our working copies once you've confirmed everything is with you.
